DLHT series electrohydraulic dock leveller with sliding telescopic access ramp are the most effective devices intended for loading equipment access to truck body from the warehouse during loading and unloading.
They are used when it is necessary to position the access ramp in the vehicle body in the most precise way, for example, during its lateral loading, as well as under the minimum distance between the vehicle body edge and the goods located inside. The access ramp segments make it possible to work with the vehicles which width is less than that of the platform. The operating principle consists in following: after activation the platform is lifted and the access ramp is slides out, then the platform is lowered until the access ramp reaches the truck body floor. After finishing loading and unloading the platform is lifted again, the access ramp slides back, the platform is returns to initial position. The installation is performed by means of embed or hanging mounting. It is possible to perform the platform delivery optionally with oil for works under cold temperature (up to -50 °С).

during the work with the truck which has distortion, the platform side inclination is possible up to 100 mm ;
due to the yellow-black signal strip one can see, that the platform is located above the fixed ramp level;
supports provide the safety transverse motion along the platform;
hydraulic unit security system will stop the platform instantly in case of hose rupture or unauthorized vehicle movement during the work;
retention mechanism provides the safety performing of maintenance and repair of the platform.
